New menu and wine dinner

Hello first things first here is the new menu
asparagus crostini-ricotta, radish, herbs-$6

We also have a wine dinner coming up on may 11th at 7pm. The theme this time is land and sea.
1st course

2nd course

3rd course
choice of bison or beef tenderloin-lobster, potato gnocchi, chanterelle mushroom, tarragon, lemon

4th course
orange cheesecake-chocolate and tarragon
